Refund policy

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. Please notify us of your return within this period at info@fineartprints.nl. You then have another 14 days to send the print back.

Returning your print
Please return the print undamaged and well packaged, preferably in the original packaging. The cost of returning the item is at your own expense.

Refunds
We will refund the purchase price, including the original standard shipping costs, within 14 days of your withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the print back.

Damaged or incorrect items
If a print was delivered damaged or incorrect, we will find a solution and cover the costs.
